I like a bolognese sauce. It’s usually an Italian meat sauce made with floor beef and pork, typically even a little bit of pancetta. I’ve made this sluggish simmered genuine bolognese substituting floor turkey for the meat and pork and it doesn’t miss a beat, its simply more healthy for you!

1 cup complete milk
Salt, pepper, crimson pepper flakes (optionally available) to style
Directions:
In a meals processor add the onions, carrots celery and garlic.
Pulse until properly chopped BUT NOT MUSHY.
